How is hardware billed? +
Hardware (locks, gateway, readers) is billed either as a one-time purchase or within a rental model. We'll clarify which model is more cost-effective for you during the consultation.
Are there minimum contract terms? +
Monthly cancellation is possible. Enterprise contracts with SLA are agreed on individual terms, which typically come with better rates.
What does installation cost? +
Installation costs are billed once and depend on the scope of the installation. Standard configurations have flat-rate offers. You'll receive details in the quote.
Can I expand the system later? +
Yes. The GymLock system is built to scale from the ground up. You can add more locks, gateways, and locations at any time – without switching systems. The package is adjusted accordingly.
